Job Description
Utilize expertise in Capital Markets and Derivatives to analyze complex financial products and market trends Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and interpret business requirements related to capital markets Apply strong analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights supporting strategic decisionmaking Develop and maintain documentation of business processes data flows and market analysis Support the design and implementation of datadriven solutions to improve capital markets operations and reporting Stay updated with industry regulations market developments and emerging trends in Capital Markets and Derivatives Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within Capital Markets operations Lead data analysis efforts to validate market assumptions and support risk management strategies Drive requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to senior management Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to Capital Markets Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the teamMandatory Certificate IIBA Agile Analysis Certification
