**The bid Deadline: November 12th, at 1:30PM Atlantic time

• Maximum rate: *** per hour
• Standard Hours per day: 7.25
• Estimated workdays: 600 days (with optional extensions)
• # of roles: 1
• Maximum number of resumes that each vendor can submit: 1 (For any Vendors submitting more than 1, only the first candidate submitted will be considered)

** bids should include ALL fees (including the Flextrack fee), but NOT include tax

NOTE:
• Vendors are requested to submit candidates with full legal name (first and last name), or it will be rejected
• Submissions that are missing the matrix will be rejected
• Submissions that exceed the maximum pages of resumes allowed for the resume will be rejected (5 page max. on this SOW)
• Submissions that are missing the References will be rejected
• Submissions that are missing the completed Conflict of Interest form will be rejected
