Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking aSenior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements delivery, stakeholder alignment, and UAT coordination for a software product team. You will translate business needs into clear technical outcomes, track progress and quality, and help ensure smooth releases.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements with clear scope and outcomes
• Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives and releases
• Translate business needs into unambiguous requirements for technical teams
• Coordinate alignment across business, product, and engineering stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather feedback, clarify needs, and manage expectations
• Maintain requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Track KPIs, progress, risks, dependencies, and action items and report status updates
• Support project planning and delivery monitoring using agreed tools and artifacts
• Plan and coordinate UAT, including scenarios, schedules, and facilitation
• Document UAT results and secure business sign-off prior to go-live
• Validate post-deployment outcomes against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria
• Produce user-facing documentation for new features, workflows, and process changes
• Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to analysis and delivery practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects
• Proven stakeholder management experience across business, product, and technical groups
• Strong requirements lifecycle management skills from discovery through deployment
• Strong data analysis skills to define KPIs and interpret delivery metrics
• Hands-on large language models (LLM) tools experience (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for document analysis and requirements support
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, process flows, and user guides
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for facilitation, expectation setting, and status reporting
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
