Pay Range: $120000 - $125000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and process modeling.
  • Support SDLC, testing, implementation, and production support activities.
  • Utilize SQL, relational databases, and system integrations to analyze data flows.
  • Mentor colleagues and manage teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve conflicting requirements and present recommendations.
  • Enhance analytical tools and reporting related to sales order management.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive business/process analysis experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading a group or managing people.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and process modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, integrations, and data flows.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Experience with MDM, Sterling OMS, APIs, analytics/reporting, wholesale distribution, or logistics is a plus.
