This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex BI solutions, influence how data is used across the organisation, and help build capability within a collaborative and forward-thinking team

What's involved

In this role, you'll:

  • Design and develop impactful dashboards, reports and data models that turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and identify opportunities where data can drive better decisions.
  • Work closely with data platform and architecture teams to shape enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Champion data quality, governance and reporting standards that support trusted decision-making.
  • Share your expertise through mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing across the BI and wider Data team.
  • Explore new approaches, technologies and AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency and outcomes.

About You

You're someone who enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into practical, actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and are comfortable balancing technical depth with business outcomes.

You'll be joining a team that values curiosity, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Whether you're helping a stakeholder uncover an opportunity, mentoring a colleague, or improving how reporting is delivered, you'll play an important role in helping the team succeed together.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence and reporting solutions in a complex environment.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and data modelling.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports and visualisations that support business decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
  • Understanding of data warehousing, data governance and data quality principles.
  • Experience mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge.
  • Exposure to Python, Microsoft Fabric and AI-enabled tools will be highly regarded.
