Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer / BI Architect with strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business intelligence solutions, designing data models, optimizing SQL queries, and delivering interactive dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

• Design data models, dimensional models, and semantic layers.

• Optimize SQL queries and manage large datasets for better performance.

• Work with data warehousing and analytics platforms such as Snowflake and SQL Server.

• Manage Tableau Server/Cloud and Power BI Service administration.

• Implement dashboard embedding, APIs, and enterprise reporting integrations.

• Maintain data security, row-level security (RLS), and governance standards.

• Support CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and automation for BI platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

• Lead technical discussions and recommend improvements to BI architecture and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, BI development, or BI architecture.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

• Good knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics platforms.

• Experience with BI platform administration, security, and governance.

• Familiarity with APIs, dashboard embedding, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
