Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary BA contact forstakeholders, runningweekly touchpoints, gathering requirements, and providing status updates.
- Manage day-to-day work intake and delivery tracking inAzure DevOps (ADO), including:
- Creating and managingtickets/work items
- Writing/refininguser stories and acceptance criteria
- Logging, tracking, and coordinating resolution ofbugs/defects
- Supporting backlog grooming and sprint readiness
- Translate business requirements into clear deliverables for engineering/QA teams.
- Partner closely with a .NET delivery team to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and drive work to completion.
- Maintain strong documentation, meeting notes, and action-item follow-up.
- Participate inknowledge transfer with the current BA to ensure a smooth transition.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-levelBusiness Analyst experience supporting software delivery teams
- Strong hands-on experience withAzure DevOps (stories, defects, ticket workflows, backlog management)
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working directly with clients
- Finance / banking domain experience
- Proven track record of being proactive, organized, and collaborative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting teams working in a.NET stack (no coding required)
- Experience in structured/governance-heavy client environments
- Strong requirements documentation and user story writing skills
