Job Summary:
This role involves building and maintaining cloud-based data pipelines to ingest customer feedback and social data. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and operation of data processing workloads, ensuring platform reliability and cost efficiency. The position requires hands-on experience with Azure services and a strong understanding of data engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and manage ETL/ELT processes for various data sources.
- Develop and optimize data processing jobs using Databricks and Python/PySpark.
- Implement data quality, monitoring, and error handling mechanisms.
- Manage and enhance Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Automate deployments and improve platform observability.
Must-Have Skills:
- Microsoft Azure platform expertise
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark and SQL
- Experience with building and operating data pipelines
Domain / Industry Experience:Experience in a Voice of Customer (VoC) platform or similar customer feedback data management environment is preferred.
