Senior AWS SRE (CloudFormation & Jenkins)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, CloudFormation, Jenkins, and ECR OR ECS OR EC2, with experience supporting production environments, driving operational excellence, and automating cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to enable reliable and efficient application deployments.
• Manage, scale, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Deploy, manage, and support containerized or compute workloads using ECR OR ECS OR EC2 based on application and infrastructure requirements.
• Support automated infrastructure lifecycle activities, including environment maintenance and infrastructure provisioning.
• Serve as a primary responder during production incidents and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service availability and SLA adherence.
• Conduct incident analysis, root cause investigations, and post-mortem reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Improve system reliability, availability, performance, and stability across non-production and production environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and ing solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams within Agile delivery environments.
• Continuously enhance platform reliability through automation, standardization, and operational excellence practices.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with end-to-end project lifecycle exposure.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile delivery models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting production systems with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and automation.
