Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript

We are seeking a Senior JavaScript Automation Tester to strengthen our approach to software quality. Responsibilities

• Develop durable test automation capabilities that can adapt to changing business needs and system complexity
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary delivery teams to maintain release schedules without compromising quality expectations
• Participate in technical design reviews by identifying testability needs and advising on validation priorities
• Conduct peer reviews of automated tests and provide feedback that promotes clean, dependable implementation
• Troubleshoot sophisticated automation challenges encountered during test development, maintenance, and execution
• Coach less experienced colleagues by offering practical support and helping them expand their technical knowledge
• Contribute to delivery planning through test-scope definition, effort evaluation, and timeline input
• Monitor changes in the testing landscape and introduce relevant practices that add value to the team’s work
• Keep comprehensive records of automation processes, technical agreements, and testing guidelines for future reference
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to set shared objectives and confirm that delivered results meet them

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant industry practice in QA, automated testing, or a closely related discipline
• Proven ability to use JavaScript when building and maintaining automated quality checks
• Hands-on familiarity with Playwright or equivalent JS-based solutions for testing web user interfaces
• Experience automating service and API validation to evaluate server-side performance and correctness
• Ability to manage collaborative test-code changes through version control systems
• Thorough understanding of framework architecture for creating maintainable automation solutions at scale
• Experience implementing behavior-driven testing with JavaScript BDD frameworks
• Working awareness of AI technologies and their application to strengthen quality assurance activities
• Clear English communication skills at B2 proficiency or higher
