Senior Associate - Valuations

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and drafting valuations reportsand associated deliverables  

• Building,reviewingand auditingfinancial models

• Preparing financial models as per the industry best practices for large diverse corporations Experience of working on financial models involving infrastructure projects would be a plus but not a pre-requisite

• Project managing valuation and broader corporate finance engagements such as model audit exercises, liaising with other stakeholders to ensuretimely andhigh quality delivery to clients 

• Having knowledge and hands-on practical experience of business valuations for tangible and intangible assets. Experience of purchase price allocations and valuing complex financial instruments would be a plus but not a pre-requisite 

• Working closely with directors and team members on client management, practice development and business development initiatives 

• Assisting with research, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements
