- Responsible for executing client engagements in the area of Transaction services, Buy side / sell side due diligence or Carve-outs assignments etc
- Deal experience with onshore team including data room management, document request list preparation, management meeting preparation, workbook analysis, Quality of Earnings, due diligence reports, client calls and engagement team calls.

- Ā Understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, U.S. GAAP accounting standards, financial concepts, etc.
- Ā
- Ā Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Ā
- Ā Strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis
- Assist Managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives
- Continuously strive towards exceeding client and engagement team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments
