Senior Associate, Quality Assurance Specialist, Consumer Banking Group Technology

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform SIT and end-to-end testing across consumer banking applications, APIs, and integrated systems
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Translate business requirements into BDD test scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin
• Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright
• Perform API testing to validate REST services, authentication, payloads, and integrations
• Define and execute test strategies covering UI, API, and backend validations
• Identify, track, and manage defects using Jira while working closely with development and business teams
• Analyze application logs, test results, and system behavior to support issue investigation and root cause analysis
• Support CI/CD pipelines through automated test execution, reporting, and release validation
• Validate critical business processes, transaction flows, and system integrations.

Requirements:

•  Minimum of 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in relevant
• Experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation
• Strong knowledge of BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin
• Strong Selenium WebDriver experience with XPath, CSS Selectors, and Page Object Model (POM)
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation and modern web testing practices
• Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience in API Testing using Postman and REST-based services
• Good understanding of Functional, SIT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.
