Senior Associate, L&E Litigation - California

MHS is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of wage-and-hour litigation experience, including substantial class and PAGA experience, to join our labor and employment practice defending employers in complex wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions. This ideal candidate would be a senior associate and/or of counsel who can take substantial responsibility for complex matters, contribute meaningfully to litigation strategy, and handle sophisticated assignments while working collaboratively with partners, associates, and clients. Candidates should have excellent legal writing and analytical skills and significant experience managing class and PAGA litigation.

Salary: $190,000 - $300,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation
• Active California State Bar admission
• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong legal analysis and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
