JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digitalization & Scalability

• Drive digital transformation and platform modernization across Commercial channels.
• Identify automation opportunities and simplify processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Maximize platform value through technology optimization

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and manage platform enhancements, SRs and CRs from requirements through deployment.
• Act as the key bridge between Business, Product, Technology and Operations teams.
• Drive solution design, risk management and delivery execution to meet business objectives.
• To own the Commercial (Consumer & Enterprise) tech roadmap execution across Operations & Product
• Ensure delivery timelines align with GTM and business priorities

Process Optimization & Governance

• Lead process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance customer and operational outcomes.
• Establish governance controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial and compliance risks.

Change Management & Adoption

• Drive stakeholder engagement, training and operational readiness for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user journey across platforms
• Monitor adoption and implement continuous improvements based on feedback.

Deployment & Platform Enhancement

• Lead UAT, deployment planning, business sign-off and post-release support.
• Develop platform roadmaps and drive enhancements aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Ensure successful transition of new capabilities into BAU operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum5-8 years of experience in platform management, business analysis, digital transformation, operations, product delivery, or technology-related roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end business and technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across Business, Product, Technology, Digital and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, solution design and documentation.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, system integrations, customer journeys and operational processes.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-production support.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to prepare executive-level materials, including:
  • Strategic roadmaps
  • Business cases
  • Project status reports
  • Risk and dependency management reports
  • Process transformation proposals

• Proficient in usingPowerPoint, Google Slides and AI tools to present data, processes, and recommendations in a clear, structured, and compelling manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities and mentor junior team members.
• Experience within Telecommunications, Digital Services, OTT, Customer Platforms, CRM, Billing, Order Management, or Enterprise Platforms would be an added advantage.
