Senior Asset Manager, Data Center

データセンターを運営するファンドのアセットマネージャーとして、シンガポールオフィスに在籍するデータセンターファンドマネジメントチーム及び日本オフィスに在籍するローカルチームと共同して、以下の業務を行って頂きます。

（扱うアセットは開発型データセンターで、開発から期中運営までを担当頂きます。）

As an asset manager for fund raised by ESR that operates data center development, you will be performing the following duties in collaboration with the data center fund management team in our Singapore office and the local team in our Japan office.

(The assets you will handle will be development-type data centers, and you will be responsible for asset management covering the entire investment period.)

-       チームマネジメント（各投資プロジェクトのミッションに基づき、アセットマネジメントの立場から、各チームと連携の上プロジェクトに貢献すること。プレイングマネージャーとして自らも成果を上げつつ、自身の指示のもとで小集団（チーム）を牽引すること。日々の実務においてメンバーの最も身近な相談相手となり、業務の進捗管理と現場のモチベーション向上を実現すること。

-       Contribute to each investment project from an asset management perspective based on the project's mission, in collaboration with respective teams; lead a small group with the existing staffs under own direction while driving personal results as a playing manager; and serve as the most accessible advisor for team members in daily operations to manage work progress and boost on-site motivation.

-       投資管理業務（投資計画に基づく投資期間中の増資計画を含むキャッシュマネジメント、SPCの設立等のスタートアップサポート及び日本レベルでの投資を実行するためのコーディネーション）

-       Investment operational management (cash management including capital call planning based on the investment plan, SPC start-up support for incorporation of investment vehicles, and total coordination for executing investments at the Japanese level)

-       期中アセットマネジメント業務（AMレポートの作成、シンガポール在籍のデータセンターチームとのコミュニケーション、JVパートナーとのコミュニケーション及び日本在籍のコンストラクションチーム、ファイナンスチーム、経理チーム、法務チーム等との協同による期中オペレーション管理）

-       Asset Management (Prepare monthly Asset Management report, Operation management during the period in collaboration with the construction team, finance team, accounting team, legal team, etc. in Japan in addition to communication with the data center team in Singapore, communication with JV partners)

-       融資先銀行、信託銀行、PM 会社への指図、承認等

-         Managing instructions and approval requests to lenders, trust banks and property manager or other relevant parties.

-       ファンドマネージャー、レンダー、信託銀行等に対する報告、各種社内部署間の調整

-  Reporting to fund manager, lenders, arrangement between departments

-       その他関連業務

-       Other related duties

-       不動産 AM 会社（国内外のファンドのAMを経験）, 金融機関、信託銀行又は会計事務所、不動産鑑定事務所等ファンド関連業務での勤務経験５年以上

-         Over 5 years business experience in asset management company (for both Domestic and Oversea investment funds), financial institution, trust bank, appraisal or accounting firm.

-         英語での実務経験

-         Fluent communication in English on both verbal and writing is required.

-   データセンターに関連する実務経験があれば尚可ですが、必須ではありません。

-　 Data center related work experience is a plus but not required.

-         過去の経験や業務範囲に固執することなく、様々なマネジメントスタイルに対し柔軟な対応が出来る方

experiences in the past or business area.
