About the role
Globalpundits is hiring a Senior Applications Manager for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll provide day-to-day leadership over multiple application teams. Depending on the assignment, those are either cGMP and corporate sub-teams, or Maximo, SSIS and NextAxiom integration sub-teams. You'll own delivery quality, resourcing and stakeholder coordination for the division's application stack. This is an onsite leadership role.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple application sub-teams day to day, setting direction and priorities
• Own delivery quality across the division's application portfolio
• Manage resourcing, staffing plans and workload across teams
• Work directly with business stakeholders and leadership on complex issues, priorities and decisions
• Provide subject-matter expertise and recommendations on the application roadmap, support model and delivery approach
• Mentor team leads, project managers and analysts

What we're looking for

• 8–12+ years of IT application experience, including significant experience managing IT application teams and multiple sub-teams
• Deep experience with cGMP and corporate business applications, or with Maximo, SSIS and NextAxiom or similar integration platforms
• Strong leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills
• Track record overseeing application delivery quality and resourcing in a regulated environment
• Ability to work onsite full-time
