We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, International Compensation & Benefits to join our Rewards team. This role is located in Wroclaw
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
With guidance, assists with core analytical/advisory services to the Rewards Centre of Excellence. Delivers quality analytics and executes a variety of routine compensation processes. Partners with and supports more experienced advisors to develop technical skills.
• Conducts research and produces basic analyses and reports in support of the various compensation products, services and projects such as market pricing benchmark roles. Applies basic problem-solving skills to identify core issues versus problem symptoms.
• Coordinates with the Communities of Expertise, People Business teams and the People Solutions Center to ensure all parties are aware of timing and deliverables on assigned projects
• Provides input into possible process changes to increase efficiencies and quality of work products
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives; plans own effort to ensure work products are delivered in appropriate timeframes to serve the business needs.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of Compensation and HR preferred
• Must be technologically proficient in applications such as Excel, Access, HR systems, etc
