What you'll do:

Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing barriers to enhance performance.
Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, merchandising programs, and communications.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on merchandise priorities and system support developments.
Develop and oversee training programs, ensuring content relevance and effectiveness aligned with new procedures.
Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and improve store processes.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
Model compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards in all activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
