Position Overview:

Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a highly motivated and innovative Senior AI Solutions Architect to join their Enterprise Architecture team and help drive the next generation of enterprise AI capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, architecture, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. The individual will help define, design, and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions that solve complex business challenges while shaping the future AI roadmap of the organization. This is not a research-focused role. Instead, the individual will apply leading AI technologies, cloud services, and architectural best practices to deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple functions of the enterprise.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/GenAI solutions.

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar foundation model platforms.

• Experience building cloud-native, enterprise-scale applications.

• Strong understanding of system design, solution architecture, and distributed systems.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.

• Knowledge of AI security, governance, privacy, and compliance considerations.

• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology solutions from concept through production.

• Experience solving business problems through technology innovation.

• Strong architectural and design thinking skills.

• Ability to work across multiple technology domains, including architecture, cloud, data, application development, and AI.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to participate in high-level architectural discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience with AI agents, autonomous workflows, or agentic AI frameworks.

• Experience operating in both startup and enterprise environments.

• Experience designing solutions involving sensitive customer or regulated data.

• Experience leading architecture initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS technologies.

• Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and enterprise knowledge platforms.

• Develop AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, foundation models, and agentic AI frameworks.

• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes.

• Evaluate, architect, and implement secure solutions involving sensitive and regulated data.

• Define approaches for AI governance, security, privacy, and risk management.

• Design scalable AI architectures that can be reused across multiple business domains.

• Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to solve complex challenges.

• Contribute hands-on to solution delivery, including architecture, development, integration, and troubleshooting.

• Challenge conventional thinking and propose innovative approaches to business problems, whether AI-driven or otherwise.

• Help shape the organization's long-term AI strategy and roadmap.
