Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to mentor teams while driving AI initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions at scale
• Lead model selection, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and optimization
• Work with structured and unstructured data across large datasets
• Design and implement ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Guide and mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists
• Ensure models meet performance, reliability, and ethical AI standards
• Drive AI innovation and evaluate emerging technologies
• Own production deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance tuning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems
• Strong experience in MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD)
• Experience deploying models using REST APIs / Microservices
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid background in data engineering, SQL, and NoSQL databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering
• Exposure to Big Data frameworks (Spark, Kafka)
• Knowledge of model governance, monitoring, and explainability
• Experience leading AI projects in production environments
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
