Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Python

Job Summary:

We are looking for aSenior AI Engineer to design and build production-gradeAgentic AI and LLM-powered systems. The ideal candidate is a strong Python engineer with hands-on experience in RAG, multi-agent architectures, knowledge graphs, and modern agent protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and developAgentic AI and multi-agent systems using Python.
• BuildRAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graph, and ontology-driven AI solutions.
• Develop agent workflows,multi-agent routing, orchestration, delegation, and shared memory.
• Build high-performance AI backends and APIs usingFastAPI.
• Design and integrateNeo4j, relational databases, vector databases, and semantic/ontology-based data models and knowledge graphs with Workflows and business rules.
• Develop and integrateMCP servers/clients and A2A protocols.
• Work withMicrosoft Agent Framework (MAF) and other modern agentic frameworks.
• Build tool-using agents that interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external services.
• Design reliable, scalable, observable, and production-ready AI architectures.

Required Skills

• StrongPython and backend engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience withLLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience withFastAPI and API development.
• Strong knowledge ofknowledge graphs, Neo4j, Multi-tenant ontology systems, and semantic data modeling.
• Experience withagent memory, context management, and multi-agent routing.
• Practical understanding ofMCP and A2A protocols.
• Experience withMicrosoft Agent Framework (MAF) or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases, relational databases, and modern search/retrieval technologies.
• Strong understanding of production software engineering, scalability, testing, and system design.

Experience

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience building AI/LLM applications.
• Demonstrated experience deliveringproduction-grade AI or agentic systems.
