Process : 2 ints - Tech screen + Panel
Starting to use Ai for the lighthouse team
- Drive direction for how AI delivery happens in the org
- Not building solutions, this is using ai to deliver applications
- Needs a deep comfort to use ai and using Agents to build software
- Make sure Ai to the max (testing as you code and such, steering files and rules on how ai follows architecture)
- Maximizing the use of AI for many teams
- Should be former software engineers - who know cloud, devops, cloud infra. Coding will be mainly by ai so you need to fill the gaps in those other areas
- Wants more broad than specialized skill set
- They have specific projects And then in doing that they will set the standard for the rest of the company
- The have the freedom to be more experimental in how they approach things
