Pay Range: $54.46 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide manufacturing support for RLGs, particularly in glass machining.
  • Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends.
  • Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis.
  • Develop improvements in product design and manufacturing processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
  • Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
  • Facilitate a self-driven workforce culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
  • Conduct failure analysis, manufacturing assembly, and testing on returned goods.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, test, fabrication, or assembly processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.
  • Knowledge of RCCA, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA tools and methodologies.
  • Strong ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.
  • Hands-on work ethic with initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to convey information clearly across diverse teams.
  • Experience in product, process, manufacturing, or test engineering is valued.
