About the Role:

We are hiring aSenior Accounting Financial Analyst for a high-impact, high-visibility position within the Finance & Accounting organization at a publicly traded global semiconductor company.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, IT, and Sales to support financial reporting, general ledger close, and technical accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End / Quarter-End Close:
  Lead closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Present insights and variance analysis to CFO and leadership.
• Compliance & Controls:
  Ensure adherence to US GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements. Support system implementations and process improvements.
• Audit Coordination:
  Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Assist with annual budgeting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Big 4 experience is required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
