Job Title: Sr Accountant - Lease Accounting
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements
1) Knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting guidelines and/or Lease Abstraction experience
2) Undergraduate (or beyond) degree in accounting
3) Proven ability to critically think/problem solve and multi-task
4) Detail oriented
5) Good communication skills
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications?
1) SAP Experience
2) CPA Candidate
3) Retail Experience
4) Proficient in Excel
Required levels/ Years of Experience education – discuss whether there is flexibility
3-5 or more preferred but can be flexible if specialized in Lease Abstraction over a shorter time and in a comparable industry.
