About the Role:Join Fronk Oil Co Inc as a Senior Accountant, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our operations run smoothly. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is excited to contribute to our growth in the petroleum industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee some financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Maintain areas such as A/R, A/P, GL and other office duties.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage month-end and year end closing processes and prepare financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the oil and gas sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in Amarillo TX office
