- Support thoughtful, consistent recruiting and selection practices that help us bring great people onto the team and set them up to succeed.
- Help strengthen HR operations through accurate records, performance-review coordination, useful reporting, and sound employment practices.
- Look for opportunities to make our people programs and processes more engaging, effective, and aligned with the Sender One experience.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
- Bring 2-5 years’ experience in core HR work such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, engagement, benefits, training, and employee communications.
- Understand basic federal, California, and LA/OC employment laws and employment best practices.
- Are organized, proactive, and dependable—you follow through, close loops, and take ownership.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with different personalities and all levels of an organization.
- Use sound judgment, protect confidentiality, and approach people and situations with an open mind.
- Enjoy learning, welcome feedback, and turn observations into practical improvements.
- Care about climbing, community, and creating excellent experiences for employees and guests.
- Helpful experience and systems include: Google Workspace, Paycom (or similar HRIS/HCM), Basecamp (or similar communication/project management tool), Employee Navigator, canva.
