Nurturing Nurses HomeCare, a nurse-led agency based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking experienced and dedicatedRegistered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and support high-quality skilled nursing and private duty care.

We are currently hiring forall shifts and positions, including nurses to support ourDirector of Nursing.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Manage and monitor complex patient needs
• Perform care involvingventilators, tracheostomy, and G-tubes
• Accurately document patient care and progress
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team

Qualifications

• CurrentRN or LPN license in North Carolina (required)
• Minimum2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Experience inhomecare, ED, or ICU strongly preferred
• Vent, trach, and G-tube experience required
• CurrentCPR certification

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• UpdatedTB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to assist withpatient mobility (no lifting restrictions)
• No medical restrictions that would limit job duties
• Minimum of3 professional references
• Must passbackground check and drug screening
