Job Overview:
To provide on-site support for the client. Represent ABM, ensuring the highest standard of service and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
Service Provision
·      Ensure the correct Security Protocols are used at all times.
·      Ensure that all aspects of Site Assignment Instructions are complied with.
·      Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order, reporting any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately.
·      Ensure that all relevant Occurrence/Incident Records are accurately recorded and transmitted as required.
·      Ensure compliance with the Time & Attendance system on site.
·      Have a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues and Members of the Public at all times.
·      Be flexible in your work and completed assigned duties.
·      Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
Personal Development
·      Willingness to attend training programmes as requested
·      Willingness to take on new skills to enhance the company’s profile and service offering, as per training received.
Personal Impact
·      Ensure full uniform and PSA/SIA/name badges, if issued, are worn at all times.
·      Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all time.
·      Arrive on time for your shift.
Quality Management and Health and Safety
·      Ensure compliance with and actively promote Health & Safety at work.
·      Ensure all PPE is worn, where applicable.
·      Ensure PSA/SIA License is visible and worn correctly while on duty
·      Report accidents, incidents and near misses of any nature to your Line Manager immediately, or prior to end of the shift
Other
·      Support the growth of the business, where possible, by passing on potential sales leads.
·      Support any customer initiatives which could lead to longer term benefits to both the customer and ABM.
·      Any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by a member of the ABM Management team.
Essential Criteria:
·      Willing to work flexible hours.
·      Ability to work under pressure.
·      Ability to pass security requirements/vetting for PSA/SIA licence.
·      Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK as applicable.
·      Good written and spoken English.
Desired Qualifications:
·      School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English.
·      Full clean driving licence.
Desired Experience:
·      Experience within the relevant industry, or a similar environment.
·      Time spent in a customer service environment.
·      Experience working within a results-orientated environment.
