Summary:
This role focuses on investigating and resolving hardware failures within networking equipment. You will be responsible for dissecting complex circuit and system designs to pinpoint the root cause of malfunctions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability of critical networking components.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth failure analysis on hardware components.

• Diagnose issues with high-speed signal integrity.

• Utilize advanced electrical diagnostic tools.

• Document findings and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with design teams on improvements.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 6+ years of hardware failure analysis experience.
• Experience with high-speed signal design.
• Experience in designing and troubleshooting complex hardware circuits, particularly those involving high-speed serial transmission technologies, is essential for this position.
