Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is reviewing resume for a qualified full-timetemporary Secretary Level II for a new opportunity to support our government customer.

LOCATION:Largo, MD (Fully in the office)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

POSITION DESCRIPTION – The Secretary Level II for provides ongoing support for County Government client.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE – TBD

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mid-level administrative experience.

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, word and excel to include skills with spreadsheets, data entry, tracking, reporting and data management.

    Knowledge and experience working with a Public Housing Agency or a Housing Authority.

    Strong Organizational and customer service skills.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Performs related work as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
  • Office administration experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
