Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administerMicrosoft Intune for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and macOS devices.
- ManageJamf Pro for Apple device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
- Configure device policies, compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access.
- Handle device enrollment, provisioning, inventory, and lifecycle management.
- Deploy applications, OS updates, configuration profiles, and certificates.
- Troubleshoot Intune/Jamf enrollment, policy, application, and device compliance issues.
- Manage Apple Business Manager integration with Jamf.
- Work withMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and device access management.
- Create and maintain automation/scripts usingPowerShell, Bash, or shell scripting.
- Monitor device compliance and security posture and prepare reports.
- Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams.
