What You’ll Do

Meet one-on-one with clients to prepare tax returns
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Learn our tax preparation software and process
Help keep the office running smoothly and take initiative when needed

What We’re Looking For

Dependable and hardworking
Comfortable talking with and helping customers
Positive, professional attitude
Willing to learn and accept coaching
Basic computer skills

Experience inretail, restaurants, hospitality, banking, reception, or other customer-facing roles can be a great fit, but applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
