Seasonal Safety & Compliance Associate

Position SummarySeasonal Associates support AMS Fulfillment’s safety and compliance processes by monitoring employee entrances and exits during peak operational periods. This role ensures consistent application of AMS’sbag and coat check policy, reinforces secure access, and maintains a professional presence at high‑traffic entry points.

Important: Schedule Flexibility

Schedules, shifts, and hours may change based on order volume and business needs. Applicants must be willing to adjust to changing schedules and operational priorities.Overtime, weekend work, and extended hours may be needed during peak periods.

Note: Seasonal positions may not exceed employment >90 days from start date.

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor associate entrances and exits throughout the shift to support safety and compliance.
• Complete training on AMS’sbag and coat check policy and apply the policy consistently.
• Conduct bag and coat checks in alignment with training and established procedures.
• Immediately contact a leader if any concern, discrepancy, or policy issue arises during checks.
• Maintain a respectful, professional interaction with employees while enforcing policy expectations.
• Support a positive, safe, and compliant workplace environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and monitor entry points for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistency in following procedures.
• Comfort enforcing policy with clarity and professionalism.
• Prior customer service, warehouse, or security experience is helpful but not required.
