Seasonal - Elf

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed. 

Seasonal: 21 November 2026 until 24 December 2026

Rota: Every Saturday 07:45-16:30 and Sunday 08:45-16:30

Plus additional days required: 

Tuesday 1 December and Monday 7 December 2026

Monday 21, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 December 07:45-16:30 and Thursday 24 December hours to be discussed at interview. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:

• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
