Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiasticChocolate Sales Connoisseur to join our sales team at our shop inHudson's Bay Centre  (Yonge and Bloor). You will produce sales and profits by achieving sales goals and by providing excellent customer service.You’ll connect with customers, learn what they’re looking for and confidently recommend products that meet their needs. You’ll use sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling, introduce customers to current products, promotions and campaigns, and encourage participation in initiatives. 

This position is a great opportunity to expand your experience in retail while selling our award-winning chocolate products. 

This is a seasonal part-time position that requiresavailability for all types of shifts(days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).  

You will be a good fit if you are: 

• Passionate about providing a great customer experience 

• Comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations and identifying their needs 

• Enthusiastic about selling and recommending quality products 

• Confident using upselling and cross-selling techniques 

• Comfortable inviting customers to participate in programs, promotions and seasonal campaigns 

• Previous retail experience is an asset 

• Available for all types of shifts
