Location : Scottsdale AZ (100% Onsite)
Rate : $60/hr.
Must have : Java coding , AWS , and automation exp
Role & responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and backend testing.
- Write and execute automated test scripts using Java and Groovy.
- PerformAPI testing using RESTful services and validate responses.
- Develop and maintainSQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage.
- Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines using tools likeGitLab and Jenkins.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in test automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Java and Groovy.
- Hands-on experience withautomation frameworks (e.g., SPOCK, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
- Proficiency inREST API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Solid understanding ofSQL for database validation.
- Strong knowledge ofsoftware testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience withCI/CD tools such asGitLab, Jenkins, Git, Maven.
- Familiarity withAgile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills
