Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reusable automated testing frameworks for AI/ML workflows, document processing solutions, APIs, data pipelines, and web applications.
- Build and maintain user interface automation using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar modern test automation tools.
- Use Generative AI and AI coding assistants to generate, improve, and maintain test cases, automation scripts, synthetic test data, and test documentation.
- Design AI-assisted approaches to identify testing gaps, generate edge cases, improve coverage, and accelerate root-cause analysis.
- Maintain test cases and coverage for large-scale projects, prioritize and escalate defects based on risk and impact, and communicate regular test progress, quality metrics, and release readiness.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing to validate software quality and workflow reliability.
- Validate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including prompts, model outputs, retrieval-augmented generation workflows, and agentic systems.
- Develop API and data validation tests using Python, Pytest, Postman, or similar tools.
- Integrate automated tests and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Partner with software engineers, AI engineers, product managers, and architects to make features testable, automation-ready, and supportable from design through deployment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.3+ years of software engineering, test automation, quality engineering, or AI/ML engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with API and integration testing using Pytest, Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Experience delivering and testing a product hosted on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- GenAI/LLMs, RAG, prompts & agent workflows for dev, testing & synthetic data.
- Load testing: Locust, JMeter, k6.
- CI/CD & IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.• Healthcare data (clinical, claims, docs).
- Distributed systems debugging & fast-paced collaboration.
