We're Hiring: SDE 2 / SDE 3 – Backend Specialist | 7+ Years Experience

We’re looking for aseasoned Software Development Engineer (SDE 2 / SDE 3) with7+ years of experience to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for backend experts ready to lead impactful projects and drive engineering excellence.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend and full-stack initiatives usingJava (mandatory);Python experience is a plus

• Architect and implementmicroservices, applyingSOLID principles, OOP, and system scalability best practices

• Design, develop, and maintain robustREST and GraphQL APIs usingSwagger,Postman, etc.

• Develop clean, modular, testable code usingSpring Boot andHibernate

• Work withMySQL (SQL) andMongoDB (NoSQL) with strong understanding ofACID compliance

• Implement secure authentication and authorization withOAuth 2.0

• Ensure security standards across the stack:SSL/TLS, secure cookies, and HTTP headers

• Deploy and scale systems onAWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS)

• Follow DevOps best practices:Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and test automation (JUnit, Mockito)

• Optimize system performance withcaching (L1/L2), throttling, andload balancing

✅ Must-Have Expertise

• Strong command ofData Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

• In-depth understanding ofObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Proven experience indesigning scalable, high-performance backend systems

• Hands-on contribution acrossarchitecture, coding, testing, and deployment
