Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Decentralized Services Leadership

• Overseeall decentralized and clinical pharmacy services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Provide leadership and direction toClinical Service Line Leaders (SLL) and clinical workgroups, promoting standardized, evidence-based practice.
• Stay embedded in clinical practice by preserving strong relationships with teams and firsthand insight into operational realities.

Staffing Strategy & Scheduling

• Develop and manage thepharmacist schedule.
• Optimizestaffing strategy and scheduling models to support sustainable service expansion.
• Create and chair aSchedule Committee, bringing frontline team members together to establish schedule and staffing strategies and norms.
• Anticipate staffing needs to supportregional growth and scalability, building flexible models that adapt to expanding services.

Recruitment, Development & Onboarding

• Build and strengthen therecruitment pipeline, includingresidency programs and pharmacy interns, to cultivate a sustainable talent bench.
• Leadclinical competency assessment and onboarding, ensuring new pharmacists are set up for success from day one.
• Mentor and develop team members, creating clear pathways for professional growth and advancement.

Quality, Governance & Optimization

• Develop and leadpharmacist quality assurance and peer review programs to uphold clinical standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintainclinical governance structures that ensure accountability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Championworkflow optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and scalability across pharmacy services.
