Scrum + Technical PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product delivery activities, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and product objectives.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and track deliverables.

• Apply knowledge of US/EU healthcare workflows, including provider, payer, claims, utilization management, and clinical processes.

• Analyze application logs, investigate technical issues, and understand code-level behavior to support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Coordinate UAT and beta testing activities, validate functionality, track defects, and ensure readiness for release.

• Leverage AI tools in daily workflows to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project progress, identify risks, and resolve delivery dependencies.

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Track project milestones, sprint progress, blockers, and delivery metrics to ensure timely execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum, Technical Product Management, Technical Project Management, or a related role.

• At least 2 years of experience in the US/EU healthcare domain.

• Experience in one or more healthcare areas: Provider, Payer, Claims, Utilization Management, or Clinical workflows.

• Strong technical understanding, including application log analysis and the ability to understand code and technical issues.

• Experience in UAT, beta testing, defect tracking, and release validation.

• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work processes.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.

• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
