Key Responsibilities:
- At least 8+ years of experience working within an Agile environment as Scrum Master
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos\reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and guide the development team on Scrum, Lean and DevOps principles and practices.
- Propose improvements to the current process and Agile practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with product owners to conduct business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, wire frames, documentation of features and gap analysis.
- Work to prioritize, maintain the product backlog and acceptance criteria to maximize value of data solutions.
- Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.
- Develop and maintain data-related documentation and requirements.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for individual processes.
- Drive and manage a culture of data adaptation and metrics to measure performance.
- Continuously monitor the Project' and Squad's performance, gather feedback from various stakeholders and respond/take actions to show continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership, escalate to delivery manager when needed
- To be the key liaison between Internal Customer and Development team.
