Scrum Master, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud -

Description:

Coordinate Salesforce development and enhancement activities across multiple workstreams.
Track user stories, defects, change requests, and project tickets through closure.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to clarify requirements and priorities.
Ensure timely resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Support release planning, UAT coordination, deployment tracking, and post-production activities.
Maintain project artifacts, dashboards, reports, RAID logs, and metrics.
Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Relevant Experience

10+ Years

Mandatory skills

• Good understanding of the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based delivery models.
• Experience in Project Management, task tracking, and ticket management.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
• Experience using project tracking tools like JIRA,.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Experience in requirement tracking, status reporting, and delivery governance
