Role Name: C2-Scrum Master-IT Enterprise
Work Site: St. Louis, MI (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
**Scrum master JD:**
Associate should be CSM Certified, excellent communication and negotiation skills, stake holder management, conflict management.
AI native and hands on experience in handling integration intensive projects
Promotes and supports Scrum and ensures that all team members understand Scrum theory and practices.
Facilitates Scrum events as needed. Daily Stand-up, PI Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Reviews
Create, Manage and Maintain Jira reports and Dashboards
Plan Capacity to help understand the amount of productive time available in a sprint and load work in the sprint accordingly.
Eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks through process improvements.
Start and End Sprints in Jira
Ensure sufficient team and product backlog is available in Jira for future sprints.
Ensure estimates are updated to the refined user stories
Work planning and Assignment to the team as on when needed
Ad hoc activities and helping the team with what the team really needs.
