Must-Have Skills
- Experience leading delivery of complex technology projects
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices
- Risk Management experience
- Experience leading and coaching Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Must come from a technology-driven environment
- Banking experience is a plus but not required
- Candidates from technology space are highly preferred

- Experience coaching Agile teams toward continuous improvement
- Understanding of Agile metrics, transparency, and information radiators

- Scrum Master roles

- QA leadership with strong delivery ownership
- Business Analysis leadership with delivery responsibilities
Team Environment
- Supports approximately 11 Agile teams
- Typical team size: 5–8 members
- Maximum team size: 10 members
- Candidate should be comfortable working across multiple teams and managing dependencies in a complex environment
