Scrum Master (7+ Years)

Key Requirements

· 7+ years of IT experience with strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

· Remove impediments and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

· Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams.

· Drive sprint execution, backlog refinement, and release planning.

· Track Agile metrics and delivery performance.

· Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team coaching skills.

· Scrum certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe) preferred.
