• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. • Ensure adherence to Agile principles, Scrum framework, and organizational delivery processes. • Support teams in delivering committed sprint goals and release objectives. • Track sprint progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers. Required qualifications: • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification. • Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle. • Experience working with distributed and global teams. |

• Identify and remove obstacles impacting team productivity and delivery. • Escalate critical issues and dependencies appropriately. • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cross-team challenges. • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and prioritize work effectively. • Provide visibility into team performance, sprint outcomes, and project status. • Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership and stakeholders. • Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cumulative flow, and team health indicators. • Use data-driven insights to improve team performance and predictability. • Support Agile maturity assessments and continuous process improvement initiatives. |
