Pay Range: $53/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and align deliverables with business goals.
  • Remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, Agile metrics, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across product engineering teams.
  • Provide delivery updates and status reports to leadership
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Must have skills: - Agile & Scrum Frameworks
  • Scrum Master Experience in Product Engineering
  • Banking & Financial Services Domain Knowledge
  • JIRA & Confluence
  • Sprint Planning, Execution & Release Management8–12 years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting product engineering teams.
  • Experience in Banking and Financial Services, preferably in Payments, Lending, Risk, Wealth Management, or Financial Platforms.
  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and dependency coordination skills.
  • Experience with Agile metrics, reporting, and the product development lifecycle.
