Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join our team. This role is pivotal in guiding and facilitating our teams to achieve optimal performance and deliver outstanding results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Overall 5 years of Agile experience, including 2 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Technical background with experience in software development teams
• Proficient in managing stories, risks, dependencies, and impediments in large-scale setups
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to resolve dependencies
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• SAFe Certified with knowledge of Scaled Agile and SDLC
• Servant leader mindset with strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience in driving continuous improvements and team metrics
• Experience with large-scale models, including PI Planning

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Guide and facilitate Agile teams to deliver high-quality software
• Manage and resolve impediments and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
